Ways to disable Windows 8 App Store:
Firstly you need to press WinKey + R to open the Run dialog box and then type gpedit.msc and press Enter or click on OK.
Then direct it to Local Computer Policy after that Administrative Templates and then Windows Components and here choose Store. Now you have to make double click on “Turn Off the Store Application”.
Now you have to change it from Not Configured to Enabled and click OK and then close the Group Policy Editor.
After doing this other user can't access store of your system. Store icon will still be on the Start screen but no problem it does not respond, when you click on it, the screen is displays "Windows store is not available on this system contact your system administrator for more information" and if you want to hide the Store from start screen then unpin it from the start screen.
