In windows operating system thumbnails use to show preview of folders and pictures so that you can easily find what you are try to look. Here in this blog i describe the ways to disable and enable thumbnail preview.
Steps are given below:
Firstly open the Folder Options and to open this you need to go to Control Panel and then Folder Options.
Another way to go folder option to open Windows Explorer then press Alt and then go to Tools after that Folder Options. Now you have to click on View tab.
To enable thumbnails you need to just uncheck Always show icon optuion never thumbnails option.
For windows 8 you can use the Windows Key + W key combination from your keyboard to open the Settings search field. After that you need to type Folder Options and press Enter. Then you need to check or uncheck Always Show Icons and Never Thumbnails.
To improve the performance of your system you need to disable the thumbnails. It takes time to load if there is lot of thumbnails in a folder. If you face any kind of problem then go for desktop repair technician.
