•      Now to quit Registry Editor click Exit from the file menu option.
•      Now go to start button and in the search box type ‘cmd’ and then click OK.

·        Type "%ProgramFiles%\MicrosoftOffice\Office12\OUTLOOK.EXE" /eml "<PathToEmlFile>", and then press ENTER.
