Enable or Disable Thumbnail Preview in Windows

Steps are given below:

Firstly open the Folder Options and to open this you need to go to Control Panel and then Folder Options.
Another way to go folder option to open Windows Explorer then press Alt and then go to Tools after that Folder Options. Now you have to click on View tab.

To enable thumbnails you need to just uncheck Always show icon optuion never thumbnails option.
